Vanier College’s Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) takes care of the IT services you need while you’re at Vanier.

Multi Factor Authentication (mfa)

With cybersecurity threats on the rise, Vanier College is adopting multi-factor authentication (MFA) as an additional service in the authentication process to validate user identities, information and data.

Vanier ITSS - Remote Support

Vanier College I.T. Support Services offering Urgent or Immediate remote support for teachers. This is web-based video conferencing tool with a local, desktop client and a mobile app that allows users to meet online, with or without video.

Octopus

Make all requests through the Octopus Portal. No longer send emails to the individual emails to ask for help (i.e. helpdesk@vaniercollege.qc.ca, security@vaniercollege.qc.ca etc)
